• Free in-home measurements and estimates

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on information available at the time and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed after in-person measurement and assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.

Prices may vary based on material selection, installation complexity, and site conditions. Any additional work discovered during installation (such as subfloor repairs) will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

4. Orders and Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your order and schedule installation. The balance is typically due upon completion of installation. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Custom orders and special-order materials may require a larger deposit and may not be eligible for cancellation or return.

5. Installation Services

Our installation services include professional installation of purchased flooring materials. Standard installation typically includes:

• Furniture moving (standard items)
• Removal and disposal of existing flooring
• Installation of new flooring
• Cleanup of work area

Customer responsibilities prior to installation include:

• Clearing small items, breakables, and personal belongings
• Ensuring clear access to work areas
• Making arrangements for pets during installation
• Obtaining necessary permits if required

6. Warranties

Flooring products are covered by manufacturer warranties. We provide a workmanship warranty on our installation services. The duration and terms of warranties vary by product and will be provided at the time of purchase.

Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions. Water damage, pet damage (outside of pet warranty programs), and normal wear and tear may not be covered.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Unused, unopened flooring materials in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable.

Cancellation of scheduled installation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation
